Terms of Service

Effective 18 September 2026. These Terms govern access to the FlySocial website and API (the “Service”). By creating an account, generating an API key, connecting a social account, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlySocial is a publishing API. It lets you connect social accounts you are authorized to manage (currently TikTok, Instagram professional accounts, and Pinterest) and submit posts — typically video, and where the destination allows, images — through a single HTTP interface. FlySocial is a technical intermediary: it does not keep a feed or archive of your posts. You are the publisher of record on TikTok, Instagram, or Pinterest.

We may add or remove destinations. Platform APIs change; we do not guarantee that a given destination will accept a post.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. You are responsible for API keys, passwords, and OAuth grants issued to your account. Treat keys like secrets. You may create and revoke keys; a revoked key stops working immediately.

The Service is offered to developers, businesses, and creators for legitimate publishing workflows. It is not licensed for purely private personal experimentation that would violate destination-platform app-review rules, and it is not an adult-content product.

3. Connecting TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest

When you connect a network, you are redirected to that platform’s official authorization page. FlySocial receives tokens only if you approve the requested scopes. You can disconnect a network in the API, which deletes the stored tokens for that account. You can also revoke access in the destination platform’s settings (TikTok Manage app permissions, Meta Business / Instagram, Pinterest).

You must only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. Impersonation, shared logins you do not control, and using tokens from another customer are forbidden.

4. Your content and publishing instructions

You retain whatever rights you already have in captions, media URLs, titles, destination links, and metadata you submit (“User Content”). You grant FlySocial a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to fetch, transcode if a destination requires it, transmit, and otherwise process User Content solely to carry out your publishing instructions and to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and consents needed to publish User Content on each selected destination, including music, likenesses, trademarks, and third-party footage. Media URLs you send must be HTTPS, publicly reachable by us and by the destination (especially Instagram, which fetches the file itself), and must not point at private networks.

Once a destination accepts a post, that post is subject to that destination’s terms, community guidelines, ranking, moderation, and takedown processes. FlySocial cannot “unpublish” on your behalf beyond whatever the destination API allows.

5. Platform rules and prohibited use

You must comply with these Terms, applicable law, and the terms, developer policies, community guidelines, and content-sharing rules of every destination you use, including TikTok (see the TikTok App Review Guidelines and Content Sharing Guidelines), Meta/Instagram Platform Terms, and Pinterest Developer Guidelines.

You may not use the Service to:

• exploit, sexualize, or depict minors (anyone under 18), or to generate or distribute child sexual abuse material;
• post spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive engagement schemes;
• infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights;
• harass, traffic in illegal goods, or incite violence;
• circumvent destination rate limits, authenticity, or privacy settings (including posting publicly through an unaudited TikTok client that must remain private);
• scrape, bulk-download, or resell destination data unrelated to accounts you connected;
• run ads or inboxes through scopes we do not provide;
• probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

We may refuse, delay, or disconnect publishing, revoke keys, or close accounts if we reasonably believe these rules were broken or if a destination requires it.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (account data, encrypted OAuth tokens, post metadata, technical logs) and why. By using the Service you also acknowledge that TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest process data under their own policies when you connect and publish.

7. API, scheduling, and webhooks

The API is documented at /docs. Responses, rate limits, and idempotency headers (x-request-id) are part of the contract. Scheduling is done by your client (for example n8n Cron). Webhooks, if you configure a URL, include a signature you should verify. You are responsible for keeping that URL under your control.

We do not guarantee uptime, destination acceptance, moderation outcomes, or that a video URL you host will remain reachable.

8. Intellectual property

FlySocial, the API, documentation, and brand marks are owned by the operator of this instance. You may not imply that TikTok, Meta, or Pinterest built or endorse FlySocial. Follow each company’s brand-use rules when you mention them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. Destinations may reject posts, restrict unaudited apps, expire tokens, or change APIs without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim (or zero if the instance is provided free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, or for content you published.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if a destination demands it, or if we discontinue the Service. We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Brazil have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory local forum.
